The bulkheads went in OK with only a few problems.  I did have a problem glassing them in the way that Pygmy recommends.    The bulkheads are supposed to be glass taped all the way around, at least on one side.  Because of the confined work spaces and and inability to see my work surfaces, I couldn't get glass tape completely around either bulkhead.  After some thought, I came up with a solution.  It’s my solution, one I’m not sure Pygmy would approve of.  This video describes the installation of the bulkheads and my solution.
