Sealing the Watertight Bulkheads

I had a problem sealing the watertight bulkheads the way Pygmy directed. The working spaces are very tight with little room for my body to operate and even more limited visibility. I could usually only get one hand and arm in the space. I couldn't get epoxy and glass tape completely around the bulkheads, though I struggled mightily to accomplish it. I managed to glass about 70% of the seams, not enough to assure that they would be watertight. My solution was to seal the remaining areas with silicone calk. I'm not sure Pygmy would approve. It's not as good as glassing the entire seam. I hope it is an adequate fix.
