It's been a couple of years since we did this one and with Will always pushing for a summit we tackled Snoqualmie Mountain his week. You couldn't ask for a better day! The smoke from the fires in Eastern Washington had cleared and you could actually see to the next mountain - the air was crisp and clear and you could see forever - we had views to southern Washington (Adams) to the south and could see peaks north (Glacier and Baker) and into Canada.

Gary on the edge.
This climb is a full body workout with what seems to be a never-ending grind to the top - 3200 feet of gain in 2.5 miles. Even for old guys, we made it in just under 2.5 hours - impressive by old guy standards.

Now for a brew!
On top we enjoyed some top shelf pumpkin brew from Will, followed by some cheaper beer chasers - worth toating up that weight on a day like this! This is on our top ten climbs for 2012....good friends, awesome views, and excellent brews on top!!!
