How To: Removing the Goo!

Once I had removed the old KeelEazy strip from my kayak, I was left with a sticky residue from its mastic.  Instructions on the web said the residue could be removed with isopropyl alcohol a.k.a. rubbing alcohol.  I tried it.  It didn't work.  Not at all.   So I tried using a product called Goo Gone.  It worked.  It did the job easily.  This product is great for removing a sticky residue from anything.  Everyone should have a spray bottle in their house.  This video shows how it works.

[Please excuse the misspelling of isopropyl in the video's introduction.  I didn't catch it till after the video was uploaded.]
